The 2024 version of Babolat's coveted Technical Viper racket! The Technical Viper is designed to give the advanced player unrivaled power and precision on offensive shots.
Due to its immense popularity, Babolat has carried over a number of the series' technologies and characteristics to the 2024 version. The carbon material has been made even more durable and the design has been given a boost, but otherwise the cornerstones of the racket's characteristics have been retained.
The idea behind Babolat's range is to offer different rackets for different types of players. With the Technical Viper model, the offensive player is ensured great weight transfer in his overheads via the diamond-shaped head and head-heavy balance. In addition, both the bat's core and surface in 12K carbon are relatively stiff and hard, rewarding you with great precision when hitting the ball in the sweetspot.
When it comes to materials and technologies, Babolat has, as always, gone the extra mile. Thus, they have implemented several nice details such as an interchangeable wrist strap and their Vibrasorb System, which dampens vibrations through the racket. In addition, you get a patterned, rough surface produced in carbon to offer you extra power in the ball strike.
Compared to Babolat's Vertuo and Veron collections, the Viper racquets are the only ones with a pure carbon surface and 3 different layers of EVA foam in the core. This makes the Viper series the most powerful and precise in the range, but it also places higher demands on you to hit consistently.

Technologies Applied in the Babolat Technical Viper 2024
Holes Pattern System
Optimized placement and size of the holesbased on the specific racket head shape to increase the power transmission and accuracy of the stroke.
XEVA
The core is designed as a sandwich construction of 3 different layers of EVA foam. The two outer layers are stiffer for extra power, while the inner layer is softer to provide moretolerance and comfort in those shots where you take the speed off the ball.
Woven Carbon
The surface is woven from carbon fibres to give you maximum power and precision.
3D Spin
The small textures in the surface combined with a rough finishprovide even better control andgrip of the ball.
Vibrasorb System
This technology covers a new elastomer material in graphite, which is integrated into the heart of the racket. The technology reduces the vibrations of the stroke and thus the risk of injury.
Smart Buttcap
New concept that allows you to adjust the size of the wrist strap or remove it completely.
